For more than 25 years I have been moving on the emotionally charged playing field of the sports, culture and entertainment industry - initially as a competitive athlete, now as an entrepreneur.
Through sports, I learned all of values and social skills that are important for leadership: Fairness, team spirit, empathy, solution-oriented thinking and acting as well as a motivating and positive basic attitude towards employees and other stakeholders. In addition, I have a well-established network that has grown over the years and combines sports with music, film, TV, art and culture.
Thanks to my many years of experience as managing director of a limited liability company and as an entrepreneur, I am very familiar with the activities at C-level. My core tasks included all of the administrative and business requirements as well as the management and motivation of employees, acquisition, generating new business, brand development and the conception of communication and sponsoring measures.
I was jointly responsible for the management and implementation of change management processes such as digital transformation and the development and implementation of sustainability strategies for both the company and its customers.

I know the world of sports in all its facets. Not only do I have an excellent range of experience and knowledge in the sponsorship business, but I also know the needs and requirements of fans, athletes, clubs, organizers, sponsors and the media.
Among other things, I was responsible for sponsorships on the corporate and agency side for the DFB, FC Bayern Munich, various soccer World Cups, the Handball Champions League, the Olympic Games, as well as many other corporate events and incentives.
